You must be at least 18 years old to register and use the fk2 platform. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited, and any such accounts will be closed immediately upon identification.
2. Account Creation and Security
Each user is only permitted to hold one registered account on the fk2 platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual constitutes a breach of these terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without any refund.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. fk2 will not be liable for any losses resulting from a user disclosing their login credentials to a third party. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. fk2 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time as a standard security measure. Failure to provide valid verification documents may result in a temporary account suspension until the verification process is completed.
3. User Responsibilities and Platform Rules
Users agree not to use the fk2 platform for any unlawful purpose or in any way that may compromise the safety of other users. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to: fraud, use of automation software or bots, game manipulation, collusion with other users, and any attempt to hack or disrupt platform systems.
Fk2 reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account of any user found to be in breach of these rules without prior warning. Any winnings obtained through fraudulent means or system manipulation are void and will not be paid out.
- Users may not transfer funds between accounts without fk2's authorisation.
- The use of VPNs or any identity-masking methods to access the platform is strictly prohibited.
- Users may only use the platform for personal entertainment purposes and not for any commercial use.
- Any form of unauthorised promotion or bonus abuse is subject to account action.
4. Payment Information and MYR Transactions
All transactions on the fk2 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed via approved local payment methods, including FPX bank transfer, Boost, and GrabPay. fk2 does not accept payments in foreign currencies or through any method not officially listed.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed during the transaction process and are subject to change from time to time. Withdrawals will be processed within the stipulated timeframe, subject to completion of the user's identity verification. fk2 is not responsible for delays caused by third parties such as banks or payment service providers.
All transactions are final once processed. Should any dispute arise regarding a transaction, users must contact fk2 customer support within 30 days of the transaction date. Reports received after this period may not be actionable.
5. Liability Limitations, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Fk2 makes no guarantee that the platform will always be free from technical disruptions, errors, or data loss. We shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from service interruptions, except where Malaysian law requires otherwise.
All content on the fk2 platform — including logos, designs, text, software code, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of fk2 and is protected under Malaysian intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, redistribute, or use any platform content without prior written consent from fk2.
The fk2 platform may contain links to third-party websites for informational purposes. fk2 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party sites. Users access such links at their own risk.
6. Changes to Terms, Account Policies & Applicable Law
Fk2 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Notice of changes will be posted on this page, and users are encouraged to review it periodically. Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Fk2 reserves the right to suspend or close the account of any user who violates any of the stipulated terms, including but not limited to fraud, use of multiple accounts, bonus abuse, or actions that compromise the integrity of the platform. Account closure may be carried out without prior notice in cases involving clear fraudulent activity.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with the fk2 platform shall first be resolved through negotiation. If negotiation is unsuccessful, the dispute will be referred to the jurisdiction of a competent court in Malaysia.
